BUSINESS-IMPACTING ISSUE
Urgent escalation
Use the telephone or escalation process documented in your service agreement for urgent business-impacting issues.
Website enquiries are not support tickets
The general contact form is not continuously monitored as a support queue. Submitting a website enquiry does not apply the response arrangements or priorities defined in an existing client service agreement.
YOUR SERVICE AGREEMENT APPLIES
Support hours, response priorities, after-hours arrangements and included services are defined in the applicable client agreement.
POTENTIAL SECURITY INCIDENT
If you believe an account or system is actively compromised, act promptly.
Examples may include an unexpected loss of Microsoft 365 access, suspicious mailbox rules, fraudulent messages sent from a business account, unfamiliar administrator changes, ransomware or evidence that sensitive information has been exposed.
REPORTING A POTENTIAL ACTIVE INCIDENT
Contact OmekaTech using the published telephone number and clearly explain that you are reporting a potentially active cyber incident.

Where practical, stop using the account or device suspected of being compromised until appropriate guidance is received.
03
Preserve relevant information
Do not deliberately delete suspicious messages, alerts, logs or other potential evidence unless instructed as part of containment.
04
Use a safe communication method
If business email may be compromised, use a known-safe telephone number or another trusted communication method.
INCIDENT-RESPONSE AVAILABILITY
OmekaTech cannot guarantee immediate availability or successful recovery. Incident-response availability, scope, responsibilities and charges depend on the circumstances and must be confirmed.
PROTECT YOUR CREDENTIALS
Never provide a password or multifactor authentication code to an unexpected caller, email sender or website form.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Contacting and working with OmekaTech
What happens after I submit the contact form?
OmekaTech reviews the information to understand your organisation, the nature of the request and the appropriate next step. We will contact you using the details provided where the enquiry is within our service scope.
How quickly will OmekaTech respond?
General enquiries are reviewed during normal business operations and answered as soon as practical. The contact form is not an emergency-response service. Existing-client response arrangements are defined by the applicable service agreement.
Does the initial conversation cost anything?
A brief initial conversation to understand the enquiry and determine the appropriate next step does not normally involve a charge. Assessments, detailed advice, technical investigation, project work and support services may require an agreed paid scope.
Do you provide one-off technology advice?
Yes. OmekaTech can provide an independent assessment, defined advisory engagement or project without requiring an ongoing management agreement. The appropriate scope depends on the issue and the information required.
Can OmekaTech work with our existing IT provider?
Yes. OmekaTech can provide independent advice, security expertise, project oversight or technology leadership while working alongside an existing IT provider, internal staff and software vendors. Responsibilities and communication paths are clarified at the beginning.
Do you provide support to home users?
OmekaTech is focused primarily on business technology environments. Personal computer repairs, residential internet support and isolated home-technology issues may fall outside the normal service scope.
Should I send passwords or administrator details with my enquiry?
No. Do not enter passwords, authentication codes, recovery information or sensitive access details in a website form or ordinary email. If authorised system access is required for agreed work, OmekaTech will arrange an appropriate secure process.
Should I use this form for an active cyber incident?
No. Do not rely on the general enquiry form for an urgent incident. Contact OmekaTech directly using a known telephone number and clearly explain that you believe a security incident is active. Availability and response scope must be confirmed.
