THE SECURE360 FOUNDATION
Professional technology management starts with a strong foundation.
Every Secure360 level starts with core technology, security and support capabilities designed to establish a professionally managed business environment.
Included across Essential, Professional and Complete
Microsoft 365 Business Premium
Business-grade Microsoft 365 productivity, identity, device management and security capabilities provide the cloud foundation for Omeka Secure360.
Managed devices
Business computers are brought under professional management for configuration, monitoring, security, patching and ongoing support.
Endpoint protection
Managed endpoint security helps protect business devices against malware, ransomware and other common threats.
Microsoft 365 backup
Independent backup helps protect important Microsoft 365 information and supports recovery when business data is deleted, changed or otherwise needs to be restored.
DNS/web protection
Managed web and DNS protection adds another security layer against malicious websites, phishing destinations and other risky internet activity.
Managed support
Your team has a clear path to OmekaTech for day-to-day technology support, with the support model aligned to the Omeka Secure360 service level you choose.
A professionally managed baseline - not a stripped-back support plan.
The Omeka Secure360 Essential establishes the core technology, security and management foundation. Professional and Complete build additional protection, oversight and governance on top of that foundation.
SUPPORT THAT MATCHES YOUR BUSINESS
Support structured around the level of service your business needs.
Every Omeka Secure360 client has a clear path to OmekaTech for technology support. The way support is included differs between service levels, allowing the support model to reflect the level of management, security and ongoing involvement your business requires.
Essential uses a pooled support allowance, while Professional and Complete provide a broader included support model within the agreed Omeka Secure360 service scope. Work outside that scope is identified separately before it is undertaken.
ACROSS Omeka SECURE360
A clear support pathway for your team
Managed visibility of supported devices
Support delivered within an agreed service scope
Clear escalation when additional work is required
UNDERSTANDING INCLUDED SUPPORT
Included support applies to the agreed managed-service scope.
Included support is intended for day-to-day assistance and management of the users, devices and services covered by your Omeka Secure360 agreement. It does not automatically mean that every technology activity is included in the monthly service fee.
Work that may require separate scoping includes:
If a request falls outside the agreed Omeka Secure360 scope, OmekaTech will identify the requirement and discuss the appropriate next step before additional work proceeds.
OMEKA SECURE360 SUPPORT
How support differs by plan
ESSENTIAL
Pooled Support
Support is provided from an included pool of support time within the agreed Secure360 Essential service. Where a request requires work beyond the available allowance or agreed service scope, OmekaTech will identify the additional work before proceeding.
Best suited to: straightforward cloud environments requiring professional management with predictable access to support.
RECOMMENDED
PROFESSIONAL
Included Support*
Day-to-day remote support for the agreed managed environment is included within the Omeka Secure360 Professional service scope, giving your team ongoing access to OmekaTech without support time being treated as a traditional break-fix arrangement.
Projects, major changes, unsupported systems and work outside the agreed managed-service scope are assessed separately.
Best suited to: businesses that want proactive technology management and ongoing support without relying on a small pooled allowance.
COMPLETE
Included Support*
Day-to-day support for the agreed managed environment is included alongside the higher level of security, oversight and governance provided through Omeka Secure360 Complete.
Projects, major changes, unsupported systems and work outside the agreed managed-service scope are assessed separately.
Best suited to: organisations requiring a higher level of technology oversight, cybersecurity management and governance alongside ongoing operational support.
BEYOND PER-USER COVERAGE
Some environments need more than per-user coverage.
Omeka Secure360 is designed around a typical cloud-based business environment, where each employee generally uses one managed computer. If your business also operates servers, additional devices, managed network infrastructure or multiple locations, those requirements are assessed separately to ensure the right level of coverage.
Servers
Businesses operating Windows servers or other critical server systems may require additional monitoring, maintenance, security checks, backup and recovery arrangements. Server management is assessed separately from standard per-user coverage.
Coverage assessed: Server monitoring, maintenance, patching and backup requirements.
Additional computers/devices
Omeka Secure360's standard per-user model assumes one primary managed computer per user. Additional desktops, laptops, shared workstations and other supported devices may require separate licensing, monitoring, security and management coverage.
Coverage assessed: Device quantities, ownership, licensing and management requirements.
Network infrastructure
Business firewalls, managed switches, wireless networks and other network equipment may require additional configuration, monitoring, firmware maintenance and security management. Coverage depends on the equipment, supported management tools and operational requirements.
Coverage assessed: Firewalls, switches, wireless infrastructure and monitoring compatibility.
Multiple locations
Multiple locationsBusinesses operating across multiple offices or sites may have additional connectivity, network, device and support requirements. Each location is reviewed to determine the infrastructure and ongoing management needed for reliable, secure operations.
Coverage assessed: Site infrastructure, connectivity, remote management and support arrangements.
Additional infrastructure doesn't automatically mean a higher Secure360 plan.
Your Omeka Secure360 service level is determined by your business requirements, cybersecurity risk and desired management oversight. Additional servers, devices, network infrastructure or locations may change the technical solution and monthly service scope, but do not automatically require an upgrade from Essential to Professional or Complete.
OmekaTech will review your existing environment, identify any additional management requirements and explain the proposed coverage before confirming your service agreement.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Understanding Omeka Secure360 Managed IT
Answers to common questions about Microsoft 365, managed support, additional infrastructure and selecting the right Omeka Secure360 level.
Do I need Microsoft 365 Business Premium?
Microsoft 365 Business Premium forms part of the standard Omeka Secure360 offering, providing a foundation for identity protection, device management, endpoint security and business productivity.
If your organisation currently uses Microsoft 365 Business Basic, Business Standard or another licensing arrangement, OmekaTech will review your environment and confirm the appropriate licensing and migration requirements during the assessment.
What happens if we already have Microsoft 365 licences?
OmekaTech will review your existing Microsoft 365 subscriptions, licence types, renewal dates and current configuration before confirming your Omeka Secure360 proposal.
Where you already have suitable licences, we will determine the appropriate licensing and billing arrangements as part of onboarding. Any changes, overlapping subscriptions or applicable adjustments will be explained before your service begins.
What if we have servers?
Omeka Secure360 is designed around a typical cloud-based business environment. Businesses operating physical servers, virtual servers or other server-based systems may require additional management coverage.
OmekaTech will assess the servers, their business purpose, monitoring, patching, security, backup and maintenance requirements. Any additional server management services will be identified and scoped separately.
What if employees have more than one computer?
The standard Omeka Secure360 per-user model assumes one primary managed computer per user.
If employees use additional desktops or laptops, or your business operates shared workstations, OmekaTech will review those devices and determine whether additional licensing, monitoring, security or management coverage is required.
Are network devices included?
Network infrastructure such as business firewalls, managed switches, wireless access points and other networking equipment is assessed separately from the standard per-user coverage.
OmekaTech will review the equipment, its compatibility with our management and monitoring tools, and the level of maintenance and support required.
Where additional network management is necessary, the scope and associated costs will be confirmed before the service begins.
Can OmekaTech work with our existing IT provider?
Yes. OmekaTech can work alongside an existing internal IT team or external technology provider.
We will establish clear responsibilities for the systems and services being managed, including administrative access, monitoring, security controls, support escalation and change management.
What does unlimited support include?
Professional and Complete provide included day-to-day support for eligible users, devices and services within the agreed Omeka Secure360 managed-service scope.
The term unlimited support refers to eligible support requests within that scope. It does not automatically include projects, major system changes, new infrastructure deployments, migrations, third-party remediation, after-hours work or other activities outside the service agreement.
Essential uses a pooled support allowance rather than the same included-support model.
OmekaTech will explain the support inclusions, exclusions and any additional charges before your service agreement is confirmed.
Can we move between Secure360 levels?
Yes. As your business grows or its technology and cybersecurity requirements change, OmekaTech can review whether your current Omeka Secure360 level remains appropriate.
Moving between Essential, Professional and Complete may involve changes to security services, licensing, monitoring, support arrangements and monthly fees.
Any proposed changes will be assessed and confirmed in accordance with your service agreement before they take effect.
How is the right Omeka Secure360 level confirmed?
OmekaTech confirms the appropriate Omeka Secure360 level through a technology and security assessment.
The assessment reviews your current Microsoft 365 environment, users, devices, business systems, cybersecurity risks, operational requirements and any additional infrastructure.
We then recommend the Omeka Secure360 level that best aligns with your business and identify the onboarding activities, licensing arrangements and additional coverage required.
The final recommendation is based on your actual environment, not simply the number of employees.
Is the Plan Finder recommendation final?
This recommendation is a guide, not a substitute for a technology and security assessment. OmekaTech will confirm the appropriate service level after reviewing your environment, risk profile and business requirements.
